Tuition & Membership Fee
Tuition is broken into 10 equal installments due on the 1st of the month September-June. Tuition is for class exclusively and does not include costumes, workshops, apparel or other services.
A 10% financing fee will apply to delinquent accounts on the 10th of the month.
Costume fees will be assessed for dancers participating in our staged productions. Costume fees will be due in November & March.
Enrollment in Autopay is required for all accounts. Accounts will be automatically run on the 1st and the 15th of each month for the total balance due. If an account is paid ahead or if there is no bill that cycle, that account will not be charged. If you wish to pay with an alternate payment method, you must do so during office hours prior to the due date by cash, check or card.
All Membership Fees, costumes, tuition and other fees are non-refundable. Account credits may be given at staff discretion. Refunds are only available on un-used apparel and shoes.
An annual Membership Fee of $100/dancer will be applied to all accounts. Membership will automatically roll over and run for the 2026-2027 Academic Term on April 20, 2026 unless the family opts out through the Membership Change Form.
Refunds
Refunds are only available on unused apparel and shoes. All membership fees, tuition, costumes and other fees are non-refundable.
Dress Code
Students are required to attend class in their level’s assigned class uniform. This helps our teachers to best evaluate technique, keeps dancers physically safe, and creates a focused and organized studio environment. Students who are not dressed appropriately for class will be given a warning at the first offense, and will be asked to observe class rather than participate should there be a subsequent issue.

Attendance, Make Ups & Class Changes
For best results, students should miss no more than three (3) classes during the Academic Term.
Members can schedule make up classes for missed classes within 7 days of the absence. Make up tokens expire after 30 days. Make up classes must be booked in the Parent Portal.
All class changes/drops must be made before February 1st when the season’s registration locks. Drop requests must be submitted prior to the 15th of the month proceeding by filling out the drop form on the Current Students tab on limitlesspac.com. The account holder is responsible for all charges prior to the effective class change/drop. No refunds will be given. No drops will be honored after February 1st for Academic Term classes.
Class Cancellations
In the event we are unable to hold in-person classes that day, all affected students will be notified by e-mail at least 2 hours in advance. We will also post the closing on our social media. You will be provided make-up or online class options.
Media Release
Limitless reserves the right to use the image of all students in promotion, advertising and/or marketing unless a family requests an exception in writing to director@limitlesspac.com. This agreement extends to our partner brands: Tri County Ballet, FUNdamentals of Dance & Bloom Fine Arts Enrichment with no expiry.
Student & Parent Conduct
Students are expected to: be on time and prepared (following the dress code) for class, respect their teachers & classmates, always try their hardest, follow directions to keep everyone safe, and support & encourage classmates
Limitless reserves the right to remove any student from class who is not able to abide by these rules or who poses a safety risk.
Limitless also reserves the right to remove any family from the studio should they fail to abide by studio policies or otherwise pose a risk to our studio culture. We expect everyone who enters our facility to conduct themselves with respect and kindness.
