Rebecca Tyler
Rebecca is the Owner and Director of Limitless Performing Arts Complex, a values-driven dance studio known for developing high-level dancers within a supportive, growth-focused community. Since founding the studio in 2015, she has built a program that blends exceptional training with a strong emphasis on dancer wellness, leadership, and long-term success—both on and off the stage.
With over a decade of teaching and directing experience, Rebecca has become a respected voice in the dance education space, challenging the industry to raise its standards without compromising the health of its dancers or the sustainability of its leaders. She is a sought-after speaker and has presented at Revel Dance Convention, the More Than Just Great Dancing™ Member Rally, and Embody Dance Conference, and has been featured on the Making the Impact podcast. She also serves as a More Than Just Great Dancing™ Certified Coach, mentoring studio owners across the country in building thriving, values-aligned businesses.
Rebecca holds certifications through American Ballet Theatre’s National Training Curriculum and is Youth Protection Advocates in Dance® certified, reflecting her commitment to safe, developmentally appropriate training environments.
In addition to her work as an educator and mentor, Rebecca continues to perform professionally with WellBeing Dance, allowing her to stay actively connected to her artistry while modeling a sustainable, lifelong relationship with dance.
Through Limitless and her work beyond the studio walls, Rebecca is committed to shaping a healthier, more impactful future for the next generation of dancers—and the leaders guiding them.
Kamryn Farrell
Kamryn Farrell serves as the Director of Dance at Limitless Performing Arts Complex, bringing over a decade of teaching, choreographing, and leadership experience to her role. A true product of the Limitless vision, Kamryn has grown with the studio from its earliest days—starting as a Senior Company member and Junior Faculty, and evolving into the leadership role she holds today. Her journey is a testament to the culture of growth, excellence, and opportunity that defines Limitless.
Kamryn holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance and a Bachelor of Arts in Arts for Children from SUNY Brockport, where she performed extensively in department productions and as a member of the Brockport Dance Team. She has also worked with Step Up 2 Dance, assisting at conventions and competitions, further expanding her experience in the competitive and commercial dance space.
As Director of Dance, Kamryn plays a key role in shaping the training, programming, and artistic development of Limitless dancers across all levels, with a special impact on the studio’s Elite Training Program and Company. She is deeply committed to cultivating not only strong, versatile dancers, but confident, resilient, and well-rounded individuals.
Kamryn continues to invest in her own growth as both an artist and leader. She performs professionally with WellBeing Dance and is a member of the More Than Just Great Dancing™ Rising Leaders program, where she is developing advanced leadership skills to better serve her dancers, families, and the studio community.
Known for her passion, dedication, and deep connection to the Limitless mission, Kamryn is an integral part of what makes the studio feel like home for so many. She leads with both heart and high standards, inspiring dancers to pursue excellence while staying grounded in who they are.
Maraya fisher
Maraya Fisher joined the Limitless Performing Arts Complex faculty in 2023 and plays an integral role within our Elite Training Program, Musical Theater program, and Company leadership team as Co-Director of Company. She brings a dynamic blend of professional performance experience, creative vision, and leadership to the next generation of artists.
Originally from Upstate New York, Maraya began her training at a young age, performing in dance productions, community theater, and on the competitive stage. She continued her education at The American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York City and Los Angeles, where she trained in the Dance Theatre program before launching her professional career.
Maraya has performed extensively in both Los Angeles and New York, working with contemporary companies including IMMAbreathe Contemporary Company, IAMFORCE Dance Company, and Geometry Dance Company. Her performance credits span live productions, concerts, music videos, and concept films, with appearances at events such as A.C.E Awards, Choreographers Carnival, Choreographers Awards, and Club Jete. She has also represented the United States internationally at the World Congress of Dance in both Greece and Italy.
Throughout her career, Maraya has collaborated with renowned choreographers including Monika Felice Smith, Chehon Wespi-Tschopp, Yusuf Nasir, and Donyelle Jones, further shaping her versatile and expressive movement style.
In addition to her performance career, Maraya has extensive experience choreographing for musical theater, competitive stages, and concert dance, and has contributed to creative direction and branding through her work in social media and content creation.
At Limitless, Maraya is known for pushing dancers to reach their highest potential while fostering artistry, intention, and confidence. Her work reflects a deep commitment to developing not just technically strong dancers, but thoughtful, versatile performers prepared for success in today’s evolving dance industry.
LINDSAY PIERCE
Lindsay Pierce joined the Limitless Performing Arts Complex faculty in 2024 and is a proud Limitless alumna, as well as an original member of Senior Company. Her journey from student to educator gives her a unique perspective and deep connection to the studio’s values, making her an impactful mentor to the next generation of dancers.
Lindsay teaches all levels of Hip Hop and serves as the Director of Club, our intermediate-level performance team. Known for her ability to connect with dancers while maintaining high expectations, she creates classes that are both challenging and empowering, encouraging growth in confidence, performance quality, and personal accountability.
A graduate of Sidney High School and Rochester Institute of Technology, Lindsay played an active role in shaping the dance community on campus. She worked alongside faculty to help establish the university’s dance program and served on the executive board and as a choreographer for the student dance company, Vis Viva.
Outside of the studio, Lindsay works professionally as an actuary at NYCM Insurance, modeling for students what it looks like to pursue excellence across multiple paths.
Lindsay continues to train and perform with WellBeing Dance, embodying the mindset of a lifelong learner and artist. She is passionate about staying current, evolving her craft, and inspiring her dancers to do the same.
With a strong foundation in Hip Hop, Lindsay is excited to expand her offerings in the near future to include ballroom dance—bringing even more versatility and opportunity to Limitless dancers.
KATIE WILLIAMS
Katie joined the Limitless Performing Arts Complex faculty in 2024, but has been a valued part of the Limitless community for many years as a dedicated dance mom. Her deep understanding of both the studio experience and early childhood development makes her an exceptional fit for our Young Children’s Program.
With over a decade of experience working with young children, Katie brings both expertise and heart into every class she teaches. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Development and currently serves as a Lead Teacher and Center Director at Sidney Head Start, where she has worked since 2019. In addition, she is a Practice-Based Coach for Delaware Opportunities Head Start, supporting educators in strengthening classroom quality and achieving meaningful growth.
Katie is CPR and First Aid certified, a certified instructor, and MAT certified. She also serves on the board of TriTown Nursery School, further demonstrating her commitment to the development and well-being of young children in our community.
In the classroom, Katie is known for her ability to keep young dancers engaged, confident, and excited to learn through developmentally appropriate, high-energy instruction. Her classes are rooted in structure, creativity, and joy—creating an environment where our youngest dancers can thrive.
Katie’s own dance background includes training throughout her childhood, performing with a Winterguard team in high school, and dancing with Kutztown University’s Performing Dance Portmanteau Dance Company.
